• Complimentary Shipping: As a gesture of our appreciation, all orders over 2,000,000 VND include complimentary shipping.

To ensure the absolute purity and hygiene of our high-concentration fragrances (25% Extrait de Parfum), all sales are final. This policy is our commitment to you: ensuring that every bottle reaching our customers is untouched, pristine, and exactly as intended by our perfumers. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Lusted will provide a resolution exclusively for items that arrive damaged, broken, or incorrect. To help us protect your rights and maintain our standards, we kindly ask you to:

• Capture the Moment: Please provide a clear unboxing video and photographs of the damage within 48 hours of delivery to help@lustedparfums.com.

• Our Review: To ensure fairness for both parties, Lusted will carefully review your evidence. Once the claim is verified as an error on our part or the carrier’s, we will honor your choice of a resolution.

RESOLUTIONS Upon Lusted’s approval of your claim, we offer:

1. Seamless Replacement: A new vessel will be dispatched to you immediately at no additional cost.

2. Full Refund: A refund issued via your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s schedule.
